Wholesale Pricing

Wholesale pricing is only available to eligible business customers.  Minimum order quantities per item also apply and this will vary depending on the item.  Please contact us for further information.

Non Business Customers

If you are not a business and you would like to purchase any of our products, please feel free to contact us.  Please let us know where you are situated so that we can recommend a retailer in your area.

Payment Options

New Customers – Credit Card or Direct Bank Deposit only prior to shipment of order
Existing Customers – Cheque, Credit Card or Direct Bank Deposit.

Net Terms

We offer a standard Net 30 Credit Terms to approved business customers. To establish an account and apply for Net 30 Credit Terms, please complete our New Account Application, including your bank reference and 3 credit references. Please be sure to include fax numbers with your credit references. As part of our approval process, all new customers are required to pre-pay the first three orders before Net 30 Credit Terms can commence.

Discounts

For Approved account holders, invoices over $300 that are paid within 7 days of issue are eligible for a 3% discount

Backorders

Unless otherwise requested, we backorder items that are out of stock at time of order. Backorders with a total of under $300 will not be shipped unless directed by the customer. Standard shipping charges apply to all backorders. Please advise us if you would like your backorders to be cancelled.

Shipping

Freight is calculated based on the total size and weight of your order.  Please ask us for a quotation.

Goods Returned Policy

At UTK International Pty Ltd we take pride in providing high quality merchandise to our customers. However, we understand that on occasion our customers will need to return goods to us.

The following constitutes our return policy.

Damaged Goods in Transit or upon arrival

  • Goods that are damaged in transit or are found to be damaged on arrival will be accepted for return.
  • The customer must notify UTK International within 7 days of receiving the damaged goods and make arrangement for the goods to be returned to us for a full credit within 30 days.
  • The customer must not put stickers on the goods or mark the goods in any way.
  • Shop soiled goods are not eligible for return.
  • UTK International will credit the postage costs incurred by the customer in returning these goods.

Goods incorrectly supplied

  • The customer must notify UTK International within 7 days of receiving incorrectly supplied goods and make arrangement for the goods to be returned to us for a full credit or replacement with the correct goods.
  • Goods must be returned to us in the original packaging and in a sellable condition.
  • The customer must not put stickers on the goods or mark the goods in any way.
  • UTK International will credit the postage costs incurred by the customer in returning these goods.

Discontinued goods or goods supplied at a discount

  • Discontinued lines or other goods sold at a discount are not eligible for return unless the goods contain faults that the customer was unaware of before agreeing to purchase these goods at a discount.
  • All claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the goods.
